Requires any Hawaii health systems corporation hospital in a county with an area greater than four thousand square miles that serves Compact of Free Association benefit recipients to establish diversity and inclusion training for all staff, and to hire interpreters and community health care workers as necessary to bridge the language and cultural divide with the community. Requires the Hawaii health systems corporation to provide oversight and enforcement. Requires the Hawaii health systems corporation to provide a report to the legislature. Effective 7/1/2060. (HD1)
